Hello and thank you for visiting my profile! Currently I am a full-time Professional School Counselor. I have 19 years of school counseling experience with children ages 4-18 years. My experience includes working with anxiety, with families experiencing loss such as a death in the family or a divorce/ separation, with trauma, as well as working with children in military families.
This will be accomplished using Expressive Arts, Bibliotherapy, Narrative Therapy, Adlerian, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. The use of play and sand tray can also be utilized as well. I have experience in individual and group counseling, where creating a safe space to grow and a positive relationship helps you reach your goal!
