I specialize in working with adults facing challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, low self-esteem, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and relationship issues (romantic, familial, or otherwise).
I am dually licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Addictions Specialist (LCAS). My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices—including person-centered therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy—depending on what works best for you.
