I couldn't be more invested in helping you to understand your purpose in this world, to recognize your worth and evolve. We exist in a time where division seems paramount to connection, which lends itself to shame and distrust...the breeding ground for mental illness and struggle. I am gender fluid and identify as queer. And while I am dedicated to serving my community, I welcome all who seek help on their paths, regardless of gender expression or sexuality. I seek to help you build upon the strengths (you already embody), to face your challenges with confidence and wholeheartedness.
We must first identify where and how you feel disconnected and create paths to reconnection. The concept is simple, while the process more complex. The foundation of my work focuses on learning and growing trust within yourself, while strengthening the same with others. I bring 14 years of professional knowledge and a lifetime of experience. I want to help.
We can't experience bliss without understanding heartache. Light can't exist without dark. Together, we can identify your shadowed spaces, while simultaneously finding your light.
