Currently Accepting New Clients (18+) Tuesdays-Fridays! My therapeutic experience is in working with kids, teens, and adults. Whether you're seeking support for traumatic experiences, grief, never ending feelings of hopelessness like things will never get better, intense anger, anxiety symptoms or panic attacks, exploring LGBTQ+ experiences, or going through significant life changes, I would love to meet you and walk through it with you. Therapy with someone you trust is the first step on that daunting journey. That's what I'm here for.
In therapy, I hold LGBTQ+ creative and open spaces for a number of diverse individuals 12-65 years of age, using resources, education and introducing individualized strategies to support their own unique journeys towards healing. In our collaborative work together, my clients find a sense of belonging, connection and affirming care in an informal setting.
I'm what they call a relational therapist. I'm the therapist who will sit with you in the highs, the lows, and all the in-betweens. Many of my clients tell me that traditional therapy often times felt uncomfortable and robotic. My goal as your therapist is to break the molds of traditional therapy spaces.
