Courtney understands past trauma impacts a person's present life. Therefore, she works with her clients to uncover the root of a problem or struggle rather than addressing the symptoms. She utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to heal the past trauma and hurts that continue to current suffering.
