I am interested in working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate relationships, identity, life transitions, and family dynamics. Together, we can approach those stories with curiosity and explore new perspectives that support the life you want to create.
My approach is grounded in Choice Theory and incorporates themes from Narrative Therapy. I believe you are the expert in your own experience, and my role is to walk alongside you as you explore what matters most to you, recognize your strengths, and make choices that align with your values and goals.
