I have worked with clients who have struggled with a wide range of challenges including stress, anxiety, depression, relational issues, grief, loss, abuse, trauma, dissociation, PTSD, family of origin issues and low self esteem. Im a Certified EMDR therapist and also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
I relocated to the Cary/Apex area in North Carolina and will be able to offer in person sessions. I will maintain my Texas License which will allow me to keep seeing client in Austin and the surrounding areas virtually. I am currently able to accept Humana PPO and Aetna commercial policies.
