Has it been awhile since you have felt like yourself? Are you struggling with a romantic relationship, your friends or family members, or with depressive or anxious feelings? My goal is to help clients talk through whatever they are struggling with and find a happier and healthier place in their lives. My approach to counseling is down to earth, compassionate, and honest. I am unique in my approach offering a specialized combination of life-coaching, motivation, and problem-solving in hopes of helping my clients work through the heaviness in their mind and find stability and happiness once again.
For the past 15+ years I have worked with clients on difficulties ranging from: anxiety and depression, identity and self-esteem, change and transition, and relationship concerns (my specialty), such as infidelity, trust, and commitment. By building our therapeutic relationship and working closely together we can hopefully change things for the better.
It's important to me to be relatable and active in and out of sessions; often texting daily. Our time is spent talking through your struggles together and moving towards feeling better sooner rather than later. I see a myriad of people but most of my clients are young professional individuals and couples aged 18-35.
