When you’re experiencing ongoing stress and exhaustion, your body starts to say “hey, take care of me” in many subtle ways. Oftentimes, we worry taking care of ourselves would be a loss of connection elsewhere. The truth is, repressed trauma, anxiety, depression, and/or other emotions can build tension within your life. In my practice, I help you process your current experiences and find the tools to support your mental health. As a trauma-aware therapist, I am confident to work alongside your journey! We will focus on a healing-perspective and keep your hopes for what you would like to achieve as our goal.
I work with mindful-based skills and healing-principles to support the areas of life that are most important to you. My focus areas tend to include: C-PTSD/PTSD; relationship-stress; developmental trauma; life-transitions; and self-acceptance. It is my hope to provide an authentic and healing space for all of your thoughts, emotions, and feelings.
