It is no secret that stress, unhappiness, and insecurity can hold us back in life. Do you or someone you know feel trapped or helpless, unable to overcome life's daily challenges? I can provide valuable support and/or cooperative training in ways to cope. I work with a wide range of patients including adolescents (13+), adults, couples, and families, with a variety of presenting issues, including depression, anxiety, chronic illness, relationship problems, trauma, behavioral problems, etc.

I employ an integrative or eclectic approach to psychotherapy, utilizing one or more of many theoretical frameworks when conceptualizing a case and/or approaching treatment planning and implementation. Most commonly, I employ aspects of CBT, ACT, polyvagal theory, family systems, mindfulness, and person-centered approaches in my work.
I know there is often stigma associated with mental health care, which is why I stive to create a safe, welcoming environment, so you’re able to make the changes in your life that you need. When you book an appointment with me for psychotherapy, you’re making a commitment to yourself to work through the issues you feel are most important to overcome.
