I work with individuals, monogamous couples, and polyamorous or ENM relationship structures where one or more people are dissatisfied in their sexual and intimate relationship. Most of my clients report a great relationship otherwise and want to find ways where everyone can enjoy sex again. Some of my clients also experience painful penetration with sex or erectile dysfunction leading to unsatisfying sex.
I am also a kink identifying provider and work with clients who belong to the kink, fetish, BDSM, and Leather communities whether they are looking for an informed provider or need to explore and process their experiences.
I am trauma trained and incorporate Attachment Theory, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems as well as solution focused brief therapy into my work with clients. I believe attachment is a foundation for how we connect to ourselves and our relationships; I help clients understand their attachment style in order to improve their relationship with others.
Sex and relationships are important factors for a well-balanced life. When these create distress in our life, some experience overwhelming thoughts can make it hard to focus or complete tasks while others may shut down and avoid people or relationships. Set up an appointment today so we can decrease your stress and get your relationships back on track!

Groups
Cookies and Conversation
This group explores the connection between food and relationships. There are two things we need in life; food and sex. Both can be fun and pleasurable and they can also cause distress. How many times have you gotten into a fight with your partner around food? How many times did you not eat something out of shame or guilt? This group is facilitated by a relationship therapist and a registered nurse. It will explore the connection between food and relationships while providing tips to improve your experience with both!
