I have specialized training in art therapy and play therapy, allowing clients to express themselves in creative and developmentally appropriate ways. I am also trained in EMDR, a trauma therapy utilized for all ages.
I believe in helping people to realize what their innate strengths are and rewrite areas of their own narrative. I strive to meet each client with warmth, curiosity, and respect, partnering together toward greater resilience, connection, and hope.
