About
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with children, teens, young adults and families. I believe strongly in creating an environment so each of my clients feel heard, safe and seen. I focus on supporting families through life's most difficult moments including: the loss of a loved one, navigating a recent diagnosis, caregiving, anxiety, trauma and other difficult life transitions and circumstances. I enjoy providing a place where individuals, teens and children feel heard and understood in order to create a greater sense of happiness and peace in life.
I work with various experiential techniques including: play, sand tray, art therapy and EMDR therapy. I utilize these approaches in my work with clients to help find a deeper level of connection and healing. I am trained in EFT techniques and have completed Level I Gottman training which I utilize with families, parents and couples to focus on reconnection.
I want to ensure that each client that I work with feels that they are supported and heard on a deeper level. I believe in helping people to realize what their innate strengths are and rewrite areas of their own narrative. I want children to feel that they are understood and parents to feel that they have the tools that are needed to help their children.
