My inclusive work focuses on: Helping people to feel regulated and capable, and to feel seen, safe, and valued for who they are in our process together; those struggling with trauma, PTSD, depression and anxiety; chronic pain, grief and loss, phobias, racing thoughts, crossroads and upheaval; as well as Body Image, with a specific focus on Body Neutrality and Health At Every Size (HAES) – all with mindfulness, compassion, and acceptance.
My therapeutic approach blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Systems (family and internal family), Somatics, Breathwork, and Mindfulness. Work is trauma-informed, compassionate and kind, through a harm-reduction lense. Additionally I am a Ketamine-Assisted-Psychotherapy Provider, offering Preparation & Integration services for KAP as well as PAT.

ALL BODIES WELCOME! This group operates on the values of Body Neutrality and Health at Every Size, which focus on aligning your values, intuition, and personal preferences with how to take care of yourself -- free from the pressure to change your size, shape, or presentation. This will be a CLOSED group (members will all start at the same time) and move together through the 8 week program. Option to repeat the progam may be available.
