I have years of experience working with adult and teen clients on concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, and relationships, with a focus on navigating life transitions and challenges. I believe each person has incredible capacity to grow and heal when given space and support to do so in their own way. My approach starts with curiosity, how it is to move through the world as you.
