I work with individuals who are looking for help navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, identity, emotion regulation and other challenges. I practice using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. I tailor my approach to each client and am informed by my experience as a therapist and program director in a community mental health setting.
