I recognize it takes a lot of courage to seek out a therapist and finding the right fit can be hard. I work with individuals and relationships. My specialty is attachment based work that helps folks move through childhood trauma as well as things that have happened to them as an adult. I am also highly trained and specialize in working with folks who have ADHD. This is an area I am particularly passionate about as I too have ADHD. There is a growing need for this kind of work. I am gender queer and would love to support fellow LGBTQ+ folks. I welcome all marginalized communities. More info on relationship therapy is on my website.

I specialize in childhood trauma and I am unique in my ability to be authentic and kind while also direct. I am someone who will challenge you when appropriate. I believe humor is healing. We all need humor from time to time. I have an attachment based approach that helps my clients feel a shift in the therapy session instead of providing a lot of homework.
