Helping women and teens move through anxiety, trauma, and relationship stress, now accepting new clients.
I specialize in working with motivated women and teens who are navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD-related stress, and relationship challenges. Many of the women and teens I work with are used to holding it all together on the outside, while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck on the inside. I also work with couples who are ready to actively improve communication and connection.
My approach integrates Brainspotting for trauma processing with evidence-based DBT skills for managing anxiety, emotional intensity, and relationship patters. This combination addresses both the deeper roots of distress and the day-to-day tools needed for meaningful progress.
