My goal is to meet clients where they are! Using Person-Centered Therapy, we will explore your individual needs and identify goals for therapy to improve your health and wellness. I use a combination of modalities, such as CBT and DBT, to provide quality of care specialized for you.
I create a welcoming, friendly environment that initially focuses on building rapport to gain trust, reinforce safety, and enhance the experience of my clients. I ensure clients have control over the pace and direction of sessions.
