I approach therapy considering systemic influences including intersectionality and systemic oppression. I also practice from a therapeutic perspective known as Rapid Resolution Therapy which is used to address many common therapy issues such as anxiety, depression and trauma with humor and levity.
I do not take it lightly whenever anyone allows me to be a part of their life in this way. I am here to see you as you are intended to be, functioning at your highest most optimal level. I see it until I can get you to see it because if you can see it WE can get you there!
