Breaking Family Patterns, Navigating Change, & Building Stronger Relationships- You're exhausted from carrying so much responsibility, yet still feel stuck in the same relationship patterns, self-doubt, or parenting challenges. Many of my clients are women and non-binary adults navigating major life transitions or parents trying to break cycles they experienced growing up. My work is rooted in attachment-focused therapy.
