Part of me wants to give up on counseling... but part of me wants to feel better. What do you do when it feels like you are being pulled in 100 different directions? You talk to someone! I work with adults of all ages, to help them take a deeper dive into themselves. My goals are to help individuals understand themselves and feel empowered to make changes. My joy in counseling is to help you slow down and listen to the parts of you that are desperate to be heard.

I am an IFS trained therapist. I often use IFS in combination with another therapy, Brainspotting, which can help folks process trauma, manage anxiety, and address burnout. I strive to create a warm and accepting environment, in which my clients can be authentic. I also strive to be authentic in my sessions, and am known to incorporate humor into my work.

When I'm not in my counseling chair, I am often spending time with those I love. I am dedicated to continuing to learn, and will almost always have a podcast or book recommendation.
