I offer practical tools to support grounding while we work to untangle relationships and unhelpful patterns. People who come to work with me commonly struggle with complex trauma/PTSD, depressive symptoms, perfectionism/high achievers experiencing overwhelm, boundary issues, and interpersonal difficulties. I draw from several modalities (IFS, CPT, DBT & EFFT) to expand your toolbox and deepen your connection to self. My practice also includes my therapy dog, Major.
