Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or frustrated that insight alone hasn’t created real change. You may have past experiences still affecting you, ongoing anxiety, or strong emotional reactions. We’ll process what you’ve been through while also building skills to help you feel less reactive, more in control, and able to move forward.
I frequently use EMDR to help clients process trauma and distressing experiences so they no longer feel as intense, triggering, or disruptive. In 2024, I supported group EMDR work in Ukraine amid the ongoing war and observed meaningful shifts in trauma recovery, which continues to inform my work.
My approach is both supportive and practical. I work well with adults who are motivated for change and open to both reflection and action. If you’re looking for therapy that is compassionate, structured, and focused on meaningful progress, I’d be happy to connect.
