My goal as your therapist is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I believe that healing begins when we feel safe enough to be ourselves, to be honest about our struggles & to know we’re not alone in them.
I will meet you where you are and together, we’ll work to untangle the barriers that keep you stuck-whether that’s managing anxiety or depression, navigating substance use, healing from past trauma, or understanding patterns in relationships.
I’ll bring curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based strategies tailored to you. My approach is collaborative and flexible.
I specialize in working with individuals, couples & families who are navigating complex challenges, including substance use, co-occurring disorders, personality disorders, and mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. I’m especially passionate about supporting high-risk, high-needs populations—people who often feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck.
In sessions, I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and more. I tailor each session to your unique needs, using a strengths-based approach to help you move forward with clarity.
