My areas of speciality include; Trauma(s), Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, and Family Issues. I aim to help you in your healing journey by using a variety of therapeutic techniques. In practice, I am informed by these approaches; EMDR, IFS, mindfulness, expressive arts, play therapy, and somatic therapy.
