I am here to help you and your family to be as successful as possible in all areas of life. After working in the field for over 20 years I have come to specialize in autism, adhd, anxiety, and effective parenting. I treat people between the ages of 3 and up. I believe therapy is most effective when a solid therapeutic relationship is built when the client feels there is no judgement, feels heard, validated, educated, and assured that progress happens at their own pace.
At BMHH we offer individual, group, couples and family therapy. Groups are offered on a rotating basis. Current groups are always listed on BMHH’s instagram page. BMHH offers IEP assistance and assessments to diagnosis Autism and more.
