Taking the first step toward therapy can be difficult, but you don't have to do it alone. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for children, teens, adults, and families. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, emotional and behavioral concerns, life transitions, and LGBTQ+ affirming care. Together, we will build on your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
At BMHH we offer individual, group, couples and family therapy. Groups are offered on a rotating basis. Current groups are always listed on BMHH’s instagram page. BMHH offers IEP assistance and assessments to diagnosis Autism and more.
