Welcome, I am glad you're here! I am a licensed therapist who specializes in the perinatal period, whether that means pregnancy, fertility issues, postpartum, or pregnancy loss. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, or just adjust to the new identity of parenthood. I strive to help my clients feel more confident and supported while they manage difficult emotions, address relationship concerns, and ultimately find balance and peace during this transformative time. My role is to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their feelings and build the resilience needed for this journey.
With specialized perinatal training through Postpartum Support International and the Postpartum Stress Center, I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
