I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and certified life coach; with specialty certifications in Mental Health & Nutrition (CMNCS) as well as Trauma (CCTP). I take a laid-back but interactive approach. My goal is to empower you while helping you take back your life. I specialize in assisting clients move through anxiety, depression, substance abuse, self-esteem, social problems, relationship/family difficulties, life changes and other challenges. My clients want to live their best life and let go of past pains and burdens that are impacting them from their full potential and highest self.
My practice focuses on helping those with anxiety, depression, addiction, and overall reactions to stress and relationships.I have a passion for working with those in recovery; I am well-versed in addiction, cross-addictions, the impact addiction has on the whole family and the recovery process, as well as having extensive knowledge of the 12-step approach.
My goal is to help you discover your true self while overcoming obstacles and limiting beliefs. I will always meet you where you’re at and I encourage you to be at the center of your healing; we will work together to facilitate the changes that will help you on the journey of healing your life.
