My goal is to help you get there. I am licensed as an LADC, a school counselor, and as a CPC-Intern. This blend of learning and experience is useful in treating the big picture and accelerating the path to healing. I am trained in Internal Family Systems through the IFS Institute, in EMDR through an EMDRIA approved program, and Gottman level 2.
With an eclectic approach to therapy, I tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs. I understand how challenging it can be to seek counseling, so I prioritize making booking an appointment as simple as possible. I am passionate about healing trauma. As an LEO spouse, I am grateful whenever I can support our first responder community.
