I have over 15 years of experience working with clients in a variety of settings, and I take a holistic approach to mental wellness. My work includes supporting individuals through life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings and also bring experience in business development, program organization, and public speaking. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore challenges, build insight, and develop tools for growth and balance. I believe that healing happens when we address the whole person—mind, body, and environment.

I offer a range of services designed to support both personal and professional growth. These include individual, couples, and family therapy; life consulting and coaching; and intensive EMDR for trauma-focused healing. I also provide clinical supervision for CSWs in Kentucky, along with consulting services for businesses & fellow mental health professionals.
