About
*I am out on maternity leave. I will reply to voicemails and emails when I return. Thanks!* Everyone experiences times in their lives where they feel overwhelmed and stuck. Those difficult periods can be the result of internal factors (such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, negative body image, etc.), external factors (such as a loss, relationship problems, financial stress, a traumatic event, etc.) or a combination of both. My goal is to help clients get unstuck. I work with my clients to gain insight into the issues that are contributing to their struggles and address the factors that are in their control to change.
My clinical strengths include anxiety, sports performance issues, depression, relational issues, and communication skills. Building trust in the therapeutic relationship is also very important to me. I work to provide a safe and secure environment where I can support my clients while helping them achieve their goals.
