I take pride in getting to assist my clients in transforming their relationships with themselves and others by identifying unhelpful thought and behavioral patterns keeping you stuck.
I have additional training within Emotionally Focused Therapy and particularly enjoy working with couples experiencing disconnection or sexual concerns and individuals experiencing life transitions. EFT helps to identify underlying emotions behind behaviors and assists in creating a safe place to express unmet needs and create new, more helpful patterns.
