About
We all have times where we could use some extra support. I offer a warm, engaged presence to help foster healing and growth. I believe we all have the capacity to heal but that we sometimes need a partner or guide to help us look deeply at the parts of our lives that need attention. I feel honored to be able to provide compassionate psychotherapy to individuals wanting to gain insight into old patterns, heal from past trauma and make needed changes in their lives.
I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, a history of trauma/PTSD as well as other challenges. I strive to foster a collaborative therapeutic partnership, that is supportive, empowering and helps to decrease emotional pain while encouraging healing, self-compassion and personal growth.
It takes courage to reach out for help and it is important to find someone with whom you feel comfortable. I offer a free 20 minute phone or in-person consultation to determine if we are the right fit for each other. I look forward to hearing from you.
