I am an African American therapist and burn survivor. As a dedicated crisis responder and eating disorder specialist, I take a solution-focused approach that helps clients confront and process the traumas that led them to where they are — and more importantly, guide them toward where they want to be. As an eating disorder clinician I will understand, assess, and treat eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, or OSFED.
Together, we’ll develop practical coping skills and create space for transformation, so you can move from merely surviving to thriving. My goal is to help you shift your mindset and step into a new season with clarity, strength, and purpose. We may not have similar stories, but we can create masterpieces to show the world and ourselves that there is change.
