My therapeutic method is based in Drama Therapy, emphasizing the collaborative nature of the therapeutic relationship. With Drama Therapy, we utilize story and embodiment to connect to our feelings, ourselves, and the world and relationships around us. I offer a holistic approach to therapy that leans into your strengths and creativity. Together we will set goals, highlight and enhance your abilities, and create new tools to add to your own personalized kit of coping and growth skills. We will make a space where we can honor your journey and process without judgement.
I believe strongly in the power of creativity and play, and find some of the most powerful therapeutic moments can happen when we are willing to ‘play with the unplayable’. I work diligently to create a safe, trauma informed, environment filled with acceptance and respect.

In recent years there has been a significant increase in individuals who have found they have been surviving life with ADHD, getting diagnosed in adulthood. This group will: (1) help individuals understand their symptomology; (2) create skills based on their strengths and needs for daily functioning; (3) offer a space to connect and find support with people who understand their experience; (4) create space to process all of the emotions that come along with this getting this diagnosis in adulthood.

Matriculating through an inpatient program, either partial hospitalization or intensive outpatient, is an incredible accomplishment. You did the thing! You took the steps, followed the plan, and prioritized your health and wellness. You have gained knowledge and tools to help you move forward on your own. Sometimes this transition back into 'regular life' can be daunting or overwhelming. This group is meant to offer another level down of structure and connection, creating time and space to process with peers and practice all you learned in your program.
