I am an Licensed-Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am also the co-owner and lead counselor of ReFrame Family Therapy, LLC. We are a company of diversified licensed therapists and interns who provide client-centered, therapy and have specialized skills and areas of expertise. At ReFrame, we work with thoughts, narratives, patterns, and habits and work to re-narrate and reframe those thoughts to help you connect with your strengths and move from survival to thriving.
