I offer counseling for adults with mood and anxiety related symptoms. I am genuine, honest, and enthusiastic in my care. My hope is to help you with positive change and growth. I am willing to be an active team member as long as you too are honest, open minded, and willing. I graduated from Lesley University 2014 with a Master’s Degree in Expressive Therapies: Dance Therapy with a specialization in Mental Health Counseling.

I have provided individual counseling and group therapy to a diverse population of adults at various levels of care. I continue to advance my education and practice through seminars and trainings related to the mind-body connection; diversity, equity, and inclusion; integrating spiritual beliefs and practices; and mindfulness.

During my personal time, I enjoy reading mysteries, practicing yoga (especially Restorative), digging my toes into the sand at Gloucester beaches, tap dancing, and saying hello to every dog I see!
