As a couples and sex therapist, I am deeply committed to understanding and addressing the intricate layers of human relationships. I work with couples and individuals whose past experiences with trauma, infidelity, sexual shame, and childhood wounds prevent them from having the romantic and sexual intimacy they long for. My work often centers on helping clients move from relational pain to personal and relational empowerment—fostering deeper honesty, emotional resilience in the face of relational distress, and respect for yourself and your partner.

My focus includes helping couples where one or both partners have Autism, ADHD, or other neurologically diverse conditions navigate the unique challenges these bring to a relationship. I use Bowen Family Systems, Relational Life Therapy (RLT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help my clients find the healing they are looking for.

At the heart of my work is a belief that healing comes through honest self-reflection and meaningful connection. Whether you're working through trauma, navigating neurodivergence, sexual issues, or untangling relational pain, my goal is to help you come back to yourself and build relationships rooted in clarity, integrity, and self-respect.
