My work is rooted in the belief that healing should feel human, accessible, and empowering. As a therapist, I create spaces where children, teens, and families can feel safe to show up as their full selves. I specialize in child and adolescent therapy with a strong focus on emotional regulation, identity development, and strengthening family communication. My approach blends evidence-based practices like CBT and psychodynamic therapy with creative interventions, including art-based therapy, journaling, and expressive techniques that allow clients to process feelings in ways words alone can’t.
I provide both individual and group therapy, and I’m especially passionate about the groups I facilitate for children and teens. These groups are designed to help young people build social-emotional skills, increase confidence, and learn how to navigate real-life challenges with resilience.
Healing doesn’t happen in isolation — it happens in community, and I’m honored to be part of that process for the families I serve.
