About
I am genuinely interested in you and your goals. I enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life. I take pride in the work I do, a non judgmental, empathetic, and respectfully curious approach to get to know your individuality. I believe life's traumas can present themselves in unique ways and I want to help you show up for yourself, as your best self through self compassion, self love and self identity discovery. I feel confident in working with individuals who feel fears of abandonment , increased emotionality, anxiety,OCD, and depression.
I enjoy using a wide range of treatment modalities to help clients find peace and discover a life more worth living. Together we can work on self love, reducing maladaptive behavior, addressing past abuse/chronic invalidation and uncover the "you" you seek. We will learn to cope more effectively, reduce worry and let go of the past in effective ways.
Change can be scary and overwhelming for many. I have faith in your ability to overcome past and current obstacles, challenges, and traumas where you feel self-empowered to be unapologetically you. If you're seeking ways to reach your personal goals, reduce self-betrayal, quiet your inner critic, or gain an authentic perspective of self, please contact me.
