I am a licensed psychotherapist with experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and overall life transitions. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship - providing safety, trust, and comfortability where clients can be their most vulnerable is critical for success. My approach is empathetic and warm with the goal of working together with clients to cultivate the skills and mindset to help navigate difficult times.
I use a mix of CBT and other evidence-based approaches, tailoring therapy to the specific needs and goals of the individual client.
I also have a passion for maternal mental health. I am a perinatal mental health certified clinician (PMH-C) and have a passion for helping Moms as they transition into motherhood and beyond.
I am a licensed psychotherapist with a degree from New York University’s Mental Health and Wellness Master’s program, and I have a Bachelor's degree from Yale University. I am licensed in Wyoming and Idaho.
