I specialize in trauma-focused therapy and the ways unresolved trauma can show up as anxiety, depression, shame, disconnection, and coping through use of substances. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and paced — we go in a way that is resourced and supportive, not re-traumatizing or rushed.
