Welcome! I am so happy you're here. I specialize in supporting clients who may be struggling with managing anxiety, the longterm effects of childhood emotional neglect/trauma, gender dysphoria, life transitions, or managing healthy boundaries, particularly in the context of relationships. Working with couples in particular, is one of my core specialties. I have the most experience supporting non-monogamous and LGBTQ relationships.

One of my favorite aspects of the work I do, is supporting clients with forming a closer relationship to theirselves and their innate self-knowing, and from that learning, generating new possibilities for themselves.
