Welcome! I am so happy you're here. Are you feeling unsatisfied with how you respond in certain situations, or with certain people? Are you currently moving through a difficult transition, such as an identity shift (e.g. parenthood), a recent move, breakup or loss? Are you wanting support with forming different types of boundaries, finding your voice, or expressing your needs? Are you a couple or relationship needing support? These are just some of the areas that I frequently engage in, with my clients.
The core of any successful therapy is born out of the co-created experience of feeling safe with another person. My experience as a telehealth somatic therapist has been that folks often reap enormous benefits from meeting with me from their chosen environments. From my perspective, the screen is not a barrier - if anything, it can be a supportive boundary.
One of my favorite aspects of the work I do, is supporting clients with generating new possibilities for themselves - is that something you would like for yourself? If so, I invite you to check out my website to contact me directly by phone, email, or the contact form. I would love to speak with you and see how I might be able to support you!

"Courtenay's dedication to somatic therapy, in particular formative psychology, is a source of inspiration. Highly sensitive, kind, sharp minded with a '6th sense' for noticing boundary issues makes her a great friend and colleague to consult with."
"Courtenay comes from a lineage sourced in the Formative discipline of therapy - a rare, fresh approach, and a valuable piece of her therapeutic puzzle. I've learned a great deal while starting to work with and around Couples in particular, thanks to her."
