About
Do you often feel weighted down by feelings of anxiety or lose sleep due to distressing dreams? Together, we will work on strategies that will allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties and find peace. I typically see adolescent to adult individuals.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a SAFE trained EMDR therapist. By looking at specific challenges through the EMDR lens, I have learned that healing can be achieved.
My approach is simple, find effective strategies to safely calm the body and utilize those strategies to cope with stressors. I became a therapist to be an empathic ear to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Let's see what we can accomplish together.
