I offer different modalities for treatment to make sure you are comfortable with your individual treatment plan and we keep your goals in mind as we progress.
I provide mental health counseling for adults across Kentucky through secure telehealth. I help adults experiencing PTSD symptoms, trauma-related anxiety, intrusive memories, hypervigilance, panic, nightmares, substance abuse, and emotional numbness.
