About
Do you ever find yourself feeling alone? Do you often feel misunderstood, or struggle with feelings of unworthiness? Does the weight of your grief leave you feeling like your world has come to a crashing halt, while the rest of the world is moving on without you? I know that it may not feel this way at this very moment, but there is hope, and I want to help you find it. As an LCSW, I am dedicated to providing a safe haven where you feel empowered to explore and bring light to the broken places in your life - through gentle challenge and unconditional support - so that you can find healing, growth, restoration, and peace.
There is no "one size fits all" approach to mental health treatment. Having 9 years' experience working with individuals, couples, groups, and families from all walks of life, I use a blend of therapeutic techniques that are personalized to your individual needs. I also develop faith-based, Christian resources for those who request them.
It takes tremendous courage to step out in faith & seek treatment for your mental health, and I am honored that you have entrusted me to walk alongside you through the process. It is my utmost passion to create a warm space where you can tell your unique story, and where we can work together to foster hope and change in your life. I cannot wait to meet you!
