I do not blame you for the problems you are facing. The world is a wild place full of difficult experiences. You are doing the best you know how, and I want to help you discover new ways of living. I view Depression and Anxiety as reasonable responses to what is happening in your life, and how your heart, mind and body is handling it all.
I tell each of my clients that I provide 'village therapy'. If it 'takes a village to raise a child', then it takes a village to make big decisions and to live a good life. And I want to be a part of your village. I may even ask if there are other people in your village who should join us in conversation about your life!
