I help couples address their challenges and find effective ways to repair and build healthier and happier relationships. I am passionate about helping couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method of practical guidance that helps you mobilize in healing, strengthening, and rebuilding a satisfying relationship.
My specialty is Couples and Marriage Counseling. My approach is empathetic, interactive, and direct, using the evidence-based therapies of Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method. With my 35 years of counseling experience and a happy marriage of 32 years, I understand how to be in a meaningful long-term marriage. I know HOW to help couples!
